"Clarence was great but the food service was really slow and Kita had a nasty attitude and while the Clarence and the other cook was trying to push out order, Kita was on her cell phone in a personal call with her Bluetooth in her ear. Couple of people walked out because of the time delay. Again, Clarence was great and tried to appease the situation"
"For the pice the food was good and plenty. Grits were luke warm. Couldn't eat it all. How ever the restaurant was dirty. Every table. Trash on the floor and we had to ask to get the table wiped off after we sat down. The waiter is definitely not cut out for service work. We had to ask for everthing we needed or wanted. Our food sat on the table for a couple mins before we got our forks and knives. It was a sad experience. Not likely to go back. By the way this was at 6am on Saturday morning. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant."

"I visited your location at 117 George Washington Hwy chesapeake Va 23323. All of my food was cold. I notified my waitress immediately and let her know that my chili was cold. She never took the chili off the table or brought me another one. Then my all star breakfast came out. It was also cold. She came back about 5 minutes later and I notified her that my food was also cold. She took everything but my chili off the table and came back with a bill with 20% off. I didn’t agree with the bill because I never ate ANY of my food. She told me that I need to take it up with the manager. I spoke with the manager Christine and she literally went back and forth with me and told be that she would only take off 30% and telling me that I allowed my food to sit and get cold… I don’t understand why she would assume that, being that I didn’t even have my food but for 5 minutes. It escalated to her telling me that I need to go to another restaurant and to never come back. I’ve never in my life left a restaurant in tears until this! This is the worse experience I’ve ever encountered and I will never in my life return or recommend this place! She needs to be fired immediately!"
