"Was not greeted upon entering, ordered two grande milkshakes, was told there's only one size. Okay, that's fine. When the milkshake was delivered, it was 3/4 of the way full that and was including the whipped cream. When I questioned it, I was told that that is the correct measurement. I was very dissatisfied those milkshakes was almost $5. Train your staff on customer service. I was the only one online inside the store ordering two milkshakes and it took about 10 minutes."

"I visited the store tonight. I entered the store, there were two cars parked waiting on food and 3 cars in line. The third car was not at the order screen yet. I was the only person in the store, no employees were on the line. Two employees saw me waiting at the counter and said nothing. I waited 3 minutes and decided to go to McDonald’s. The car at the back of the Hardee’s line left the line that had not moved and drove to McDonald’s. Whe. I left McDonald’s the car that was at the window of Hardee’s when I got there was still waiting for food."
