"Simple but good and fresh!. We especially loved the breakfast hashbrowns because they were super crispy, just the way we like them. The bacon was crispy, not salty and had a good smokey flavor. Oh and I Can't wait to have another Italian cream donut. The chocolate frosting was the real deal...flavorful, generous and chocolatey! Service was great! Nice quaint cafe!"

"This bakery in lovely historic Smithfield offers large cupcakes, cookies and cakes along with tasty breakfast items. The frittata was good. The fruit cup seemed a little small for $4. And at the time of ordering there was no bacon available as a side order. We did purchase several cupcakes to take home and they were enjoyed by my grandkids. It was a fairly cold winter day and each time the entrance door opened a cold blast of air blew in keeping the dining room very chilly. There is parking on the street and outdoor seating available during nicer temperatures. We do plan to return to try lunch."

"I drove from Suffolk and decided to try something a little different for breakfast. I had the Cheddar and bacon omelet, sourdough toast, shredded hash brown and a side of sausage. The omelet was hot which was a plus; however, most of the bacon inside was burnt. The sourdough toast was buttery and very good. The sausage was waaaaaaaay over cooked and hard as a rock. The hash brown was okay, not as hot as I would have liked but okay. My wife had the French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon and the pumpkin dessert. She said, her (French toast and eggs) meal was cold and not very special! The Service was okay, not very customer friendly or helpful with the menu. I can cross this one off the list, definitely not a repeat."
