"Misisng items from my order which they refused to bring back. Refused to refund and said they'd "credit" my account. I'll never order from them so a credit won't cut it. Heard them goofing off in the background and got hung up on at least 5x. Their Saturday night shift was awful service. Corporate was notified"
"Pizza thankfully tasted fine but my delivery was an hour late and it clearly was sitting for a while because it was barely warm. I tried calling the store to ask what was taking so long and nobody answered."
"Customer service was POOR. Pizzas were dry! NO apology for my inconvenience. Justin, who said he was the manager told me over the phone that he could remake my pizzas. I bring them back to the store and a young guy at the front questioned me and acted as if I was wrong for not liking the food. That’s not how you handle a customer ! I asked for a refund because at that point I felt disrespected and didn’t want the food anymore. Justin informed me that he could not issue me a refund and that I would have to call the 1800 number. Still, no apology. Because of this piss poor service my family will never eat at dominos again."
"I loved ordering from for delivery but the past few weeks we haven't been able to order delivery for some reason the website will not work until I choose carryout. I have asked multiple times why and they kept responding we are getting online orders. At this point its communication issues. The website will not allow us or order delivery and by now there should have been some resolution. It just sucks when you prefer a place and your concerns nor issues get handled."
