"Both of my iced beverages were handed to me 3/4 filled. To add insult to injury both beverages tasted horrible. Only positive part of this experience was how quickly the line moved. Otherwise, complete waste of money."
"This has been my 2nd time that Dunkin has diss appointment me with their service. But this location takes the crown now. First of, why would you server a customer sewage looking water. Its literally the color of dehydrated pee. Come on! Where is the quality check before handing it over to the customer!? $20 for a meal for 2 and this is what we get."
"Worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been too. I ordered three items a large coffee, free hash browns from my award points and a maple bacon croissant sandwich. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. The picture below is how my coffee was handed to me out the window before I could even voice my concern with my order the staff closed the window and proceeded to walk to the back of the store ignoring me sitting in drive thru for 10mins. I can see the staff laughing and playing around inside as well. I didn't get my free hash brown nor did I get the correct sandwich ended up with just a English muffin with egg on it. The whole morning staff needs to be fired. The fact that I was blatantly being ignored is very unacceptable and I will be reaching out to the district manager about this experience. People work to hard for their money and when we pay for something we expected respectful customer service and quality."
"Went around noon today and there was pretty much no wait. The lady at the counter took care of both my friend and I with good customer service and swift coffee pouring. Honestly I have no complaints. I really love Dunkin’s ice coffee"
