"I found, cleaned and prepared to donate many nice things to this place today because I want to help the less fortunate and my family is preparing to move in a month or so. I wanted to call ahead to find out when they were open and also if they had room for some furniture items, but there is no phone number listed and no hours listed. So I decided to drive there with some of my items: a set of 5 nice, thoroughly cleaned dining chairs, a nice end table and some other new and gently used items. I got there and the doors were open but there was no staff. I saw bags of donated things sitting outside and wondered if they'd get rained on (and ruined) because it was supposed to rain in the evening, which it did. I walked around inside and it's very cluttered and chaotic in there. It appears nobody is keeping up the place, or at least not very well. I decided to leave some bags of items inside, but most things I did not donate because there was no place for them to be received and no one to put them somewhere outside of the elements until they could be sorted. I realize this is a place giving free things away, however, with better communication (more info on Google: a phone number to call, hours listed online), and a better set-up I think more people would donate nice things. The whole place needs a facelift, most especially the outside, and there needs to be better signage along the freeway. With some fund raising this could happen. Having at least one person manning the place on Saturdays, and taking phone calls during working hours and on Saturdays would be helpful too. I ended up having to unfortunately give some things to over-priced Goodwill."
