"Something I found weird about my order this morning and this was the first time I saw this in any tropical smoothie that I've visited. I ordered a smoothie and as I was observing them making the smoothie, they had a container of water sitting on the counter scooping water into my smoothie! Is this a new thing? Makes me wonder how long that water uncovered been sitting there for."

"Very rude staff. At 6:51 PM on August 21, 2023 a female employee called my wife a liar on the phone and hung up on her.I called she refused to give me her name and then hung up on me too. All because of a poorly made product that was made incorrectly. Purchase it to go and did not open till we got home. Was told we should have tasted it before we left."

"When I first started eating at this location it was great. That was about 2 years ago. The quality of the food has massively declined. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. All of your food items taste burnt from the quesadillas to the wraps. The sandwiches taste less burnt but still have a slight aftertaste. Possibly the toaster oven needs to be replaced? I asked for no tomato, you could have still given me more than a scrap of lettuce and less than a pool of ranch. Maybe the black stuff on the paper is from the burnt oven?? Not sure. I’m absolutely done with any food from you all but would still suggest some upgrades. Staff is great and smoothies are mostly pretty good."
