"Made a quick stop (1st time this location) to grab a donut, and was in the store for almost ten minutes without anyone coming to the front counter even after calling out a couple times. I did see one employee who served the car at the drive through before she disappeared into the back of the store. So I left without getting any service. The store was clean."
"Worst Dunkin in the Hampton Roads area. Customer service is non existent. The attitude of gentleman behind the counter was enough to make me leave despite my pleasantries."
"I’m so over going to this dd. It’s super close to my house but lately they NEVER have the lobby open. It’s always just the drive through. I guess due to staff shortage? It creates a huge back up at the entrance to the shopping center and is just extremely inconvenient all around. I go probably four times a week and maybe one of those times they have the lobby open. They remodeled the whole thing a couple years ago and now keep it closed all the time."
"This is the nicest Dunkin I've been in. I hadn't seen this location since their remodel. It looks fantastic...so spacious! The service, donuts, and sandwich were all very good."
"Food and service was the worst I’ve ever experienced from a fast food chain. Upon ordering the order wasn’t read back and a sandwich wasn’t ordered so I ordered the sandwich again. The food comes and you can see from the picture the bagel was over done but the Hot latte that received was completely cold. I try to return it when. I picked up the sandwich from the counter and was instructed to consult with the person that handed it to me. At no point did anyone hand me anything it was left at the counter and the item called. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to experience poor service and poor food."
