I love Cato and I just went looking for the new Portsmouth location.I couldn't find it. Cato clothes are very nice a few pieces may be a little pricey but clothes are of GOOD QUALITY ‼️Nice clearance sales. Sometimes, they have some ugly stuff. I'm 60, don't like old-fashioned clothing. Just nice dressy clothing for Church and outings."
