"This franchise really needs an inspection from Popeyes they need to check the times they reuse the oil for cooking the chicken they don’t even check the soda fountain."

"I was in line for 10 minutes with three people in front of me not helped. Yet there were 2 popeys employees working the cash registers. The employee was to busy talking to one of the customers that had already gotten there food to take anyone else's. I wond up just getting beef jerky from the gas station section of the complex. I've got a very long drive. As is I won't get home until 10pm."

"Absolute worst fast food experience in my 45 years on this earth. I wanted three tenders and a blackened sandwich. The guy said it would be a 20 minute wait for a sandwich. I said any sandwich he said yeah. So I ordered just the three tenders. Turns out they were the last 3 tenders on the trays and they were old and 1 was so damn small it could have been a nugget. The cashier was slowly moping around when I said I don't want these last three I want new ones so of course a 15 minute wait for that. Thr floors were dirty and had trash all Over them. The trash cans were overflowing the seats and tables looked horrific with food and sauce all over them. It looked like a 500 person party just crashed the place and didn't clean up nothing. That cashier is lazy and acts like he is doing you a favor I don't know how this place stays in buisness. I wish I could post pictures. I took some and am going to send them to corporate cause this is foul."

"Oh man, this visit didn't go well for us. Placed a mobile order, show up at the appropriate time and was told I'd have to wait for them to cook chicken. Okay, I'll wait, at least it will be fresh. 20 minutes pass. I was ready to leave a negative review but then my food arrived. Once it hit my lips, I knew I was leaving a negative reply. Just ungood. Even the biscuit was all weird and gross. I get it, this location is located inside a truck stop. I didn't expect it to be something it's not. I just wasn't expecting it to be that bad. The positive here; the dude at the counter was awesome."

"Employee depicted in the left pic was extremely rude. Employee on the right was not pleasant but not really ride, just matter of fact. Employee in left photo was really nasty. I asked her what the difference between a combo and a platter. She stated "It says right the menu, you can read right" I was shocked but kept my cool. I said " thank you for pointing that out to me" ordered my food and left. I was the only white guy around. They appeared to be very cordial and professional with black patrons. I don't deserve this. I treat everyone with repect regardless of race, gender, or orientation. For the record, I never participated in the slave trade, I don't think I know anyone that has. I am only 58."
