"Tried to dine in but lobby was closed so there for I’m giving them one Star no sign on door and people sitting in lobby eating! this makes about the 5th time we’ve tried to dine there. Pitiful can’t judge them if they aren’t open for walk ins. Didn’t want drive thru they just need to close the doors for good if they can’t get good help. Wont return"
"Used to be a respectable establishment but under new staff has become slow and lazy. Nobody in the drive thru but me nobody in the store. Somehow still took them 10 minutes to cook my food and when I got it, it was entirely wrong. People stand right in front of the window on their phones."
"Well I drove 6 hours to get to Maryland and went through Ashland, VA to get home. The wife wanted Wendy's so we pulled into the one on lakeridge Pkwy, I believe. Not only was the drive thru lady as miserable as she could be, I was never told the total till I asked when needed to pay and I ordered 2 Jr bacons one with extra pickle and mayo. That was it. I got 2 regular hamburgers and one had ketchup only and the other had tomato and ketchup. By the time I realized it I was already back on the highway and couldn't turn back around. I will never be visiting that place again!!"
"My wife is allergic to gluten. She ordered specific food without gluten. They gave her bread. We asked for them to replace the food. Instead they just picked it off the bread and gave it to us with an attitude. There was still bread remnants on the burger. my wife did not eat it. If her throat swelled she could have died. They need to be more careful and not argue with the customer."
"Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and I was the second person in line… Finally got up to the front and the employee was rude. Drove off after getting what I thought was my food… completely wrong order. Don’t waste your time or money."
