"Ordered an americano, chocolate croffle w/ mango, and a milk. Coffee was good. Croffle tasted hard and stale. Cashier struggled to figure out how I could order a milk for my daughter. She had to ask the manager how to do it and ultimately rang up an americano. Staff is young and unprofessional and they were gossiping while we were seated inside."

"The drinks are always amazing and there are so many choices and customization options even down to the ice amount and sugar level. My only gripe is that it took so long to get a rewards program and now it is a punch card for per ORDER and not per DRINK. So it doesn't matter if you get 5 drinks or 1 in your order, you will get 1 punch on your card."
