"I give the cooks. Waitresses a 10 out of 10. The food was perfect. Hands to the cooks on this Friday afternoon 1/26/24. @ 5:00 pm.... And the waitresses....It was the best since I have been going there through the years. Acknowledge your staff that was there today and let em know that you ( Captains D's) appreciate them...."
"The Ashland Captain Ds service is not good at all. I did an online order for 4ct chicken strips meal, I pulled up to the window for my food, no one greeted me, looked at me or nothing, I sat in the car so long waiting on my food that I had to put it in park, again no one acknowledged me so I didn’t know what was taking so long, finally the lady handed me the food and said “Here you go, have a good one” with a very “irritated” tone and closed the window before I could even say thank you. Then after all that, I got back to my job from break to eat..and it was someone else’s order, not at all what I asked for. That was so frustrating & unacceptable. I didn’t get her name but this was on 11/21/2023 at around 1:45pm. Now I just spent like $14 on an order that’s not even mine and that I’m not even going to eat and I couldn’t go back because I was on break and had to get back to work. Highly disappointing."
"Went through the drive thru, made my order and drove around. Took 10 minutes to get my 1 tray. Thought maybe it took so long was because it was all being cooked fresh. Nope. All of it was cold. The lady had no interaction except to tell me my total."
"It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Captain D’s because of the service. Went tonight and it was okay the Mac and cheese looks old and only half of my fish is blackened. Everything taste good."
