Taco Bell 10255 Washington Highway, Ashland, VA 23005

"Over the years, I have stopped at pretty much every Taco Bell along 95 in Virginia. My stop at this Ashland location today stood out for excellent service. The staff efficiently and cheerfully helped the lunch rush in the restaurant, in the drive-thru, and ordering online. Each time a customer asked for something, like a cup of water or hot sauce, they were helped right away. In addition, the bathroom was clean and stocked."

"Fast service. Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in years that gave us our cups without having to ask. I had just sat down after putting my order in the kiosk and they had them ready. The entire restaurant was clean and staff ensured it stayed that way. So nice to see fast food value customer service and cleanliness."

"I never get enough sauce, but today I got a Nacho Supreme, and all my chips were crumbs. There was nothing supreme about them. I wish people would fix the good like they would fix their own food. There is no way you would fix your own food and make it look like this. This is ridiculous."

"Jumping Jimmy the Crickets! This Taco Bell has upgraded its menu electronically. No more ordering at the counter. The future is here. It starts with training the buyer on how to negotiate the electronic machines. The line formed for a bit, but so everyone was punching in their orders. It took me a while too. The staff was accommodating and helped as needed. Wow! It was interesting and new. You should go by and check it out. Have a Beautiful day, follow me too."

"Nice friendly staff. Much nicer then the dump of KFC/Taco Bell combo store down the road a few miles. Pretty easy on and off from RT 1 and RT 95. Quick, tasty Mexican. I think they're putting less sauce in their packets though, I used to use only one packet for taco oh, but now I have to use 2 and it seems to be about the same amount. Come on Taco Bell don't skimp!"
