"Completely inept. A mistake was made in the ordering process and I got a delivery and a pick-up order. They manager on duty refused to cancel the pick up order and gave me a number and a FU. Extremely rude and had no incentive to help me because.. “here’s the number “ I will sue you before I pay this error”! Zero training for their “management team”"
"Quick and friendly service! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Ordered the Family Meal which consisted of two large sides and three large entrees. Great value! I ordered Chow Mein and Super Greens as the two sides. For entrees, I ordered The Original Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Angus Steak, and Honey Walnut Shrimp. Last two entrees were premium, added $3.75 additional charge each. Not sure if it was near closing time, they filled each container to the top. They even quickly stir fried a fresh batch of the Super Greens after I placed the order. I would give a three or four stars for the taste, but what do you expect from a franchise fast Chinese Food place. Unlike most of the fast Chinese food restaurants, Panda Express was very clean and pleasant."
"This was my first visit to Panda Express. When I entered, I first noticed how clean it was. At the start of the line, I saw previously prepared items set in warming containers. Each dish looked as if they had just made it. The man working behind the counter was very patient with me as I asked about which items were fried vs grilled. Beef & Broccoli looked popular, judging from the mostly empty container; but my food guide mentioned that popularity varies. I ended up with one of the 3 grilled dishes: Chicken & Green Beans. The flavor was spot on Asian without being spicy. The beans were cooked perfectly, keeping that rich green color. I also had a tasty (not greasy) vegetable roll. The only suggestion I have is to add veggies to the chicken teriyaki. They still get 5 stars in my book."
