"After placing an online order, I arrived at the store only to face an additional 35-minute wait, summing up to over an hour for my order to be completed. The staff displayed neither accommodation nor consideration for this delay. It's baffling that a restaurant specializing in chicken would run out of cooked chicken. Furthermore, the chicken lacked flavor, seemingly missing half of the advertised herbs and spices – it tasted as if it had only 4 out of the 21 promised ingredients. This particular Popeyes consistently struggles with timely order fulfillment and overall quality, leading to a disappointing experience."
"This Popeyes location was one of the best so far. They were nice and quick. The chicken was good and not greasy. Popeyes had made my list of restaurants not to return, too. This one got them off that list."
"I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich without mayo and a side of fries. I received a fried chicken sandwich with mayo on both buns, soggy bun, and breading falling off. The fries were poured into the bag without being in the paper holder. I also was not given a receipt. I went through the drive-through and didn't check the food until I returned home. I attempted to call the restaurant many times with no answer. This location is obviously poorly run, and their drive-through definitely needs training. I definitely won't be returning to this location!"
"Just got home with my food. 2 orders of chicken tenders, cold tenders and cold fries. The tenders were very overcooked and dry. I did not have a biscuit in either box even though the receipt had biscuit. I Also had a 5 piece meal. No biscuits, 2, and mix up of sides. WTH"
"online order was terrible. The spicy bacon and cheese sandwich was cold (cheese never melted), the chicken breast was not fresh, and the fries matched the sandwich cold... Very disappointed."
