"We love the Capital Ale House. I love the choices for beer, and we both like the food. I had a smash burger this time around. It was great. My wife had a blue cheese burger. As always the fries were very good. I do like the selection of mayonnaise with my fries."

"We decided to swing by for lunch after checking out the menu. We arrived around noon on a Saturday and there were only a couple tables sat in the restaurant. It took quite some time (about 5-10 minutes) for someone to come by the host stand and seat us. The staff was polite, but there seemed to be a lack of passion when it came to the menu. While the loaded fries were great, my entree (summer pasta) and drink were average. If in the area I'm willing to give it another try with a different menu item."
"Went here on a slow Wednesday evening and had dinner at the bar. The decor was interesting and tactful. There’s a beautiful outside area but it was too cold to use on this night. The service by the two bartenders was friendly and just the right amount of attention. The tap and bottled beer list is extensive! Certainly something for everyone on it and a good amount of obscure ones to try as well. For dinner, had a salad, Alehouse cheeseburger and fries. All cooked and presented very well but taste was nothing special and the reason for not giving 5 stars. To be fair, there appeared to be many other tasty options on the menu."
