"This place is awful, and disgusting.... Tonight while waiting in the drive thru I witnessed the female drive-thru cashier take orders and place them on the touch screen, collect cash, then walks to the food line to take off her headset, while untangling her long stranded hair, hands off the headset to a rude young man and then she starts to sprinkle cheese onto someone's order, while wearing the same gloves that just handled multiple transactions. When the young man comes to collect my payment, I try to tell him what I witnessed and he slams the window while saying Have a great night with thumbs up!!! Just sad!!!"

"This is the best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. The employees are amazing, the food always comes out great, and it’s quick even on short staffed nights! When I get Taco Bell from other locations out of town I feel sadness because of how much I like going to this one"

"The place and service have been better the last few times I have been here. --- I tried the new Enchilada Burrito with various dipping sauces (e.g., guac, sour cream, and spicy jalapeno). It was good but nothing special. I continue to not like the guac. I also tried the new spicy Mexican Pizza. Same feeling. Nothing special to me. There are other items I like more. I also tried the new Strawberry Cinnamon Twists. They gave me cereal vibes. They were meh. I had a hard time telling if it was an artificial flavor or similar to the freeze-dried strawberries. I would not get them again. --- I tried the new Shredded Beef Dipping Taco (like a quesadilla) with cheese and red dipping sauce. I am here for it! The only complaint I have is that there should have been two! The Beefy Crunch Burrito is very similar to the other Burrito they just had. Just add Lava sauce (which is good) and it's pretty much the same. --- I almost always get the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. I also like the Cheese Quesadilla with extra Jalapeno Sauce. The Nachos and Burrito Supreme are good too. --- I've had the limited-time Fries multiple times. They are not bad. They are thicker than what I normally like, but the seasoning is good. --- The larger Breakfast Burritos with the hash browns or chunks of potatoes are better than the smaller burritos, but their breakfast isn't my favorite to go to. I can make it just as good at home, if not better. Their breakfast salsa has a nice taste but is mild. I like the Cinnamon Delights. --- I tried the new Steak and Fries Burrito... not bad. I also ordered a Soft Taco with beans and a Doritos Taco to make something like a Double Decker. --- I tried the Hot Ranch Steak Burrito. It was good, but not great. I also got a Crunchwrap Supreme with beans. Reminded me of a Double Decker. The Chicken Chipotle Melt was just OK. --- I ordered a Cheese Quesadilla through DoorDash and received a Chicken Quesadilla. I also ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme and added Beans (I did not swap) to make it sort of like a Double Decker and they didn't put any beef in it. I also am not sure if I got the Wild Cherry Freeze instead of Cherry Sunrise Freeze. That is good if you like Slurpees/Slushy-type things. The Spicy Potato Taco was also good. --- I tried the Mexican Pizza and it was just OK. It reminded me of nachos with really thin chips and a lot of beans/beef and melted cheese instead of nacho cheese. I also had the Chalupa Supreme with chicken and Spicy Ranch. That was good. I can see bacon going well with it if they have it or add your own. I also tried to make a southern CA burrito (e.g., steak, nacho cheese, melted cheese, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, onions, and fries) but they were out of fries. I tried it with regular potatoes and it was OK. Every time I get Steak or Guacamole on anything I don't care for it and think how the upcharge isn't worth it. The Guacamole doesn't taste fresh to me. The potatoes would also be better if they had seasoning. --- I tried the Toasted Cheddar Beef Chalupa. I liked it, it was just messy. --- DoorDashed again. I was a little bummed they were out of two of the three new drinks so I tried the Mango one. The mango "flavoring" was gross and I threw it away. --- I tried the Chicken Cantina Tacos again and again. They are good but I still like the taco with the chicken shell better (Naked Chicken Chalupa). That's one of my favorites ever and wish it was on the menu always. --- I got a Five-Layer Burrito with onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and red sauce to make it more like a Burrito Supreme. It was good. The cinnamon twists are always good too. --- I tried the new grilled cheese burrito and added jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. So yummy. The Chalupa Supreme with beef was also really good. I like the shell. --- I tried the Volcano Taco and added tomatoes and onions. It hit! Add onions to things. They are only 10 cents and make a nice crunch in everything, even cheese quesadillas! --- Also, do not DoorDash unless willing to pay double! What would have been $15 was $30."
