"Terrible! I hate when workers look/expect a tip when it's not earned. I hadn't been here in a while but was a regular a couple years ago, at least once a week. Today I was not greated, rushed with no one behind me. The Sofritas was off, lettuce wilted, soggy bowl, guacamole was brown, so I passed and the kicker was the vinegaret. I was way to sweet and not enough vinager. Terrible. Will not come back until you have better staff."
"Worst Chipotle on the planet. Staff is unwelcoming and unfriendly. Food prep area constantly looks disorganized and unkempt. Seating area is dirty. And food made me sick. All while prices have skyrocketed to unreasonable levels. Radical changes required to bring this restaurant up to basic standards."
"Absolutely worst management ever. Huge fan of Chipotle and all other locations. This particular spot is not only terrible food but it’s the WORST service ever. You’ll wait forever whether you come in person or order online. Shame on me for giving them so many second chances. I’ll never come back to this particular location and I highly recommend you don’t either. Try the one on Broad Street. They are amazing."
"This crew is regularly checked out early. I could only image how much money they leave on the table. Very inconsistent. Don’t waster time you time assume they close about 2-3 hour before the actual posted time. They’ll be out of everything or they’ll serve you rationed portions and charge full price while expecting a tip."
"Standing in here right now. Not one person has acknowledged us and for it to be open there is no service going on. Hope the food is worth the wait. Update: They food was great, the guacamole was super fresh, out of the four local ones I go to; their chips have the lime salt taste just not on enough chips. The burrito shell over steamed."
