"I've never eaten here, but I'm a delivery service driver that won't pick up orders from here again unless the customer is tipping REALLY well. Once again, when I arrived I was told it would be "just a few minutes"... and 10 minutes later I'm looking around for anyone so I can ask about the status of the order, to be told "it'll be right out" only to have to wait another 5 minutes. Time is money for me, and I'm not going to waste one to lose the other again."

"The restaurant was great visually. We had a decent sized party and they accommodated us the same day(should’ve called and reserved a day ahead) so we go and sit and get our drinks. Comes around asking for appetizers, mozzarella sticks for the win. Then comes time to order food. Have a chat, laugh some more, food comes out…. Except for mine. I wait almost an hour later for my food and the server just kept saying it’ll be out very soon. All I got was a salad, how hard is that. Didn’t get many refills and barely saw the server unless it was time to order food. Most of the employees there didn’t look like they wanted to be there. I did get my food discounted off the check but that still shouldn’t have happened. Still a good restaurant but the service wasn’t the best."

"Our last dine in experience was horrid. My son had to explain how to make some of the pazookies. Waiter spilled tray of water on him..accident. they did not mop up water on floor. Other diners helped us out of slippery area. Had a take out coupon tonight so was excited to try again. Always loved their deep dish. Wife comes home and hands me the two boxes. First thing I notice is that they are light as a feather. Sure enough, I got a "deep dough" pizza. An inch of dough sparcely covered. Not a deep dish. 31 dollars for dough. Do not ever go to this location!"

"This was a disappointing visit. First, our server was not very attentive. We were there waiting for a really long time between each thing. As far as the food goes…my soda was flat and I had to wait well over 15 minutes to get a replacement. Meanwhile I noticed that two other servers were much more attentive with their customers. Next, my filet was super fatty and overcooked. Meanwhile my baked potato was not cooked enough. The broccoli was good and the mozzarella sticks were good. We wound up asking the manager for the check because we waited so long."

"Worst dine in experience ever. They are understaffed hence the service was horrible. Feel bad for the waitress but she was frustrated anyway and didn’t care much. Not even water was served to us. Then came the worst nachos I have ever had. Soggy chips and no cheese on it at all. Avocado egg rolls were still decent. After this we didn’t order any further cause in getting these 2 dishes it had taken them 1.5hrs to serve. So we ordered for the bill, and on Tuesdays the wine is half off. They do not have prices of wine on their menu and they charged us $26 something for the wine. So we just wanted to confirm is the price correct? Is it post the half off ? And the owner / manager came in and was so rude, making faces and not even apologetic for the horrible food and service we had received. Nothing except the ambience was good about the place."
