"I wish I could give them a zero star review cause they don’t even deserve that. Most unprofessional company we’ve ever had to deal with and very disrespectful. Tried speaking to a manager about their employee Shae (Sha or Shay, they didn’t want to give us her name and especially not her last name) hanging up on us 3 times after being very rude but they just put us on hold for a long time then said the manager wasn’t there. Highly suggest taking your business anywhere else but here."

"If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire company is a joke. I’ve been waiting for ordered furniture going on three months now. Who tracks down a company to give them their money smh . I’ve escalated it to the district manager and still nothing. Not a customer oriented based company I just want people aware the whole experience has been terrible."

"Came by to rent a washing machine and dryer and when I saw the property, I was shocked. Trash everywhere. Broken furniture and chicken boxes. Chicken on pavement. When I turned around to glance at shopping center, I couldn’t figure out why they didn’t get the same people to keep their property clean. Didn’t even go in the store, just left. On my way out, I noticed a homeless looking man coming out of entrance with a cigarette in hand . As I looked again, it was an employee."

"When I moved into my apartment I went to a traditional furniture store and bought furniture to find it didn't fit into my apartment because of the corners and angles. I stumbled into this place frustrated and explained my situation to Bobby. He gave me some options. I picked from them. It didn't fit. FOUR FURNITURE SETS LATER Bobby ordered something that separated into pieces and put it together in my apartment. This man is the branch manager. His drivers would call him on his days off while they were at my apartment trying to make these furniture sets fit that just would not and he would come to my place to try and figure it out. Bobby's customer service skills are nothing short of AMAZING and I TOTALLY LOVE my furniture that I trusted him to choose without even looking at it. He did a FANTASTIC JOB!"

"I rented a bedroom and t.v. with stand and never used, my tv but when it came time for payment, i just let them pick it up. You can't win they feel they always right, and i continued to tell the store manager Bobby that my tv needed a remote. never used my tv the for all the time u had it 3 weeks a waste of money. Don't text from them they dont play fare."
