"Menu prices are $1.30 (before tax) lower than what you are charged at the register for some items. This is a known issue. The manager acknowledged the discrepancy then deflected blame and refused any sort of refund in a follow-up email. Whether it’s greed or laziness, it’s scummy and potentially even predatory (lots of younger patrons who probably aren’t paying attention). Updating register prices before changing your virtual menu is like putting your shoes on before your socks. But maybe they can afford the holes in their socks with my extra $1.30. Edit: Menu prices appear to be updated as of 7/28/23."
"I feel like that you guys just don't care about the art of making a sandwich. The cold turkey, pickle when I told them not to put some on, and dead fly inside my tomato show us that you have no respect of the sandwich art making process. I have witnessed far and wide the process of choosing ingredients and artfully placing them together in a stack, ready to be consumed and enjoyed. You proboscis monkeys couldn't even care to make a decent sandwich, one that cannot uphold the Subway name. I love Subway sandwiches, but this place has betrayed my trust."
"I ordered a foot long turkey sub today and it was absolutely disgusting. The turkey was ice cold and the veggies tasted really old. Who knows how long that food was sitting out. I also saw a huge fly hovering over the sandwich while the employee was preparing it. I made a gesture that something was flying over the sandwich. She didn't even bother to swat it away or anything. She just ignored it. I guess they're used to having rodents and insects in their food preparation area. I ended up throwing most of the sandwich in the trash because it was so inedible and disgusting. Don't waste your time or money here. I'm NEVER eating here EVER again."
