Marco's Pizza

"Order a pizza to be delivered to my fiancé at his work. Scheduled it to be delivered at 11:35AM as his lunch starts at 11:30. Called at 11:24 to confirm everything was okay as the tracking hadn't updated. Was told by the employee that they hadn't even started making the pizza as she was waiting on the driver to come back. I questioned why it wasn't already out for delivery when I had selected for it to deliver at 11:35 and was told "they can't guarantee a time" Makes no sense as your website literally asks. I call again at 11:54 as my fiancé has still not received his lunch and he only gets 30 minutes. Was told the pizza was ready but they were still waiting on the driver. The pizza arrived almost an hour late. My fiancé was already back at work. Don't let us pick a time for delivery if you are going to be an hour late delivering. Absolutely horrible service."

"Went in for the first time this week and was very disappointed. The hype from friends made me try the one down the street from my house for a quick dinner after a long day. The food was nothing to be crazy over and the customer service was horrible. The wings weren't even sauced properly and they were just drizzled barely, just enough to see it on the surface. The pizza slices claimed you would get "12 slices" but the way it was cut was into tiny child sized pieces that weren't even close to a full 12 slices. You may as well advertise it as 6 slices and cut it to a decent proportion instead of false advertising and embarrassing your business/leading people on. As for the customer service, the guy behind the desk was very rude, defensive and aggressive even by getting asked a simple question. He wasn't professional or friendly at all and he shouldn't work with the general public with such a negative, triggered attitude. He was extremely stand offish and took a simple question as being attacked and it showed. It was a VERY uncomfortable environment and I will not be returning nor will I recommend to family and friends. I will make sure to tell people that they are better off going else where and spending their hard earned money at a place that appreciates and respects them instead."

"Had a carry out order for pick up from this location and manager said still in oven and will be out shorty. Was patiently waiting and notice my pizza was ready on the cut table. 15 minutes later my pizza was still on cut table with 6 more pizzas from other customers sitting there also. The cut man looked very confused with sunglasses on in the store and backed up. He couldn't match any tickets with pizza (needs to remove sunglasses). In the meantime the manager is sitting there eating food while phones are ringing and obviously he needed help so no phones being answered either and she is still eating on the side near the cut table. I finally got my order after waiting in store for over 20 minutes with my pizza already cold before they handed it to me. Poor management and staff employees."

"Ordered a 15pc of the barbecue boneless wings tonight and this is what we received. For $15 for just wings and the long wait I’d expect more sauce than this. Very disappointed with this delivery order."
