"Three strikes....I'm done. What happens to Hot and Ready? I asked the employee and she just shrugged. I've always liked Little Ceasers but never agont will I visit this location. I sit in line for 10 minutes after placing my order, pay at the window, sit another 5 minutes just to get told to park on the parking lot because it's going to take 10 more minutes. I ask for a refund and get told they're not doing refunds. I hope this place turns it around or just closes down. I'm done."
"This place is a disaster and has been from the beginning. I placed an order for a single deep dish pepperoni at 5:45, to be picked up at 6:07. They didn't even put it in the oven until 6:07, when I arrived. The entire experience to pick up a single regular deep dish pepperoni took over half an hour. It's 6:22 as I'm leaving. I didn't get the feeling the employees weren't trying or anything like that, maybe they just need more help or something. At the very least they should offer a soda or something to people who have to wait long after the pickup time, but I didn't even get a sorry."
"First off my cheese should not be departed from the crust like this. Im baffled. Second off, for this location to be new the service is extremely slow its like nobody works there and then let me rant on how the girl forgot I even placed an order im sitting at the window what do you think im waiting on jesus or some?? Anyway the workers are nonchalant. Need better management but afterall its drive thru pizza... thats all! Bye"
"Several negative reviews here so I wanted to leave a positive one. We had a great experience! We ordered online for pickup at the pizza portal. The items we ordered were placed into the portal right at the estimated time from when we ordered. The order was ready fast. It was accurate and delicious. The store was incredibly clean. We will definitely go back! Great job to the team working today!!"
