"2 times in a row my pizza was undercooked and they act like I was the problem when I called up there to complain. Thank god the manger had some sense and remade my order. It was done right afterwards. I will give them another chance in the future . When made right from the beginning it’s 5 stars. Do the the issues today I can only give them 3."

"I will say this place has turned around in the right direction. They use to not even answer the phone. I called the store tonight. They picked up in like three rings and my pizza was here in 20 minutes best service if I ever had from Domino’s whoever the manager is is doing a great job and I’m sure the sales are reflecting. "UPDATE: Two orders in a row now (since my post below) my order has been over 30 minutes late and the pizza was room temperature. Didn’t taste good at all either. I had ordered for a bunch of friends over for football this last go and everyone voiced how bad it was. That’s 3 out of the last 4 orders that have been a problem. Original Post: I waited to write a review until I had a decent sample size. I’ve ordered from this location 6 times now. I have had 5 orders that were great… the food and delivery. No missed items, no incorrectly filled orders. I have had one delivery that was about 15 minutes late, due to deliveries that were made before mine. The pizza was luke warm at best. However, it still looked and tasted great. I didn’t bother to complain or call because the vast majority of my orders have been good. I woke the next morning to find an email from Domino’s saying that my order did not meet their expectations and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. Pleasantly surprised by this obviously and felt it was excellent, proactive customer service on their part. I certainly wasn’t expecting the email or free pizza. I commend Domino’s for this extremely quick action. I will continue to order from this location moving forward."

"So I tried to complete a simple task by ordering a pizza tonight. Order online. They deliver it. I eat. Simple, right? Wrong! I received a text message that the pizza left the store at 11:38pm. On the tracking app, it said the driver had a delivery before mine. I found out from the manager that the driver had two stops before mine. Long story short I received my cold pizza at 12:33 a.m. The driver said he couldn't find the address for an apartment complex that has been around since forever although his first stop was only 4 minutes from said apartment complex. When he finally arrived he didn't even have my 2 liter soda that was on the receipt. The manager said the pizza was free as if I was going to pay for a pizza that's been sitting in someone's back seat for an hour."

"Food was burnt, no cashier was at the front for several mins upon entering. The pizza sucked, the fact that they even still put it in a box is ridiculous. Always check your food before leaving and paying."
