"I had delivery and the young woman who took my order and corrected my order as I had made a mistake, was so nice about it. The delivery driver was cheerful and pleasant and smiled when I opened the door to hand me the pizza."
"Great pizza but they seem to have switched to doordash as their delivery service and she left our pizza on the front step without alerting us it had been delivered. It was out there for half an hour and got cold before we realized what happened."
"I placed an online order at 6:50 pm. My confirmation email said it would be ready by 7:28pm. I arrived at the restaurant around 7:18 so I sat in my truck and waited a while. It was about 10 customers waiting in the building. I was recently discharged from the hospital that night so I didn’t want to be standing around waiting for an order with so many people around. It’s now 7:34 and I’m standing in the lobby speaking to an old friend who’s been wait g forget pizza since 6:30 and at this point I’m irritated. Long story story I didn’t get my food until 8:05pm and it was COLD and HARD!!! I wanted to call for a refund but I didn’t have the energy so I just went home and made the best of it with my family. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! It was better before they moved the location across the parking lot."
"Tried to call in an order for pickup. Was put on hold the whole drive to the restaurant. I go inside the restaurant with the call still active and see the people acting as if no one is on hold on the phone. The lady that took the order was not friendly at all. Poor customer service. If they are taking phone order just say so or don’t answer the phone. Ridiculous!"
"Spent over $40 on TWO pizzas - both Big New Yorkers, one cheese and one pepperoni. When my kids and I arrive to pick-up our carryout order, both pizzas were cheese. We had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes for our pepperoni to be made properly, while the cheese pizza was cold before we even left the store. NOT ONLY THAT, I get home to see that the pepperoni is the BASIC pepperoni pizza, stuffed in the Big New Yorker box..... No Italian seasoning, no extra cheese that I'd paid for. But what really irked my nerves? NO ONE APOLOGIZED for this - there was no compensation or apology that one pepperoni pizza was too difficult to execute, or an apology for the inconvenience that it took so long to make, and was then STILL WRONG when I got home. Tragic."
