"Went through the drive thru bc it was empty. The guy that helped us had a calming voice and idk it was just a pleasant experience. My husband ask for something similar to a cortado and he was knowledgeable on what that was and able to help us with the order"
"Took some time for them to realize I was there (maybe they get that little business). Very clean, and not busy. For coffee they add your sweetener and cream guessing this is a holdover from covid. Either way not a place I would recommend."
"They always get my order correct and the staff members are always friendly. But I still have not figured out why they cannot multitask. They complete one order at a time start to finish before taking another order. Give yourself some extra time if rolling up in the drive thru."
"Very slow service. At 8:00 PM on a Friday, my order for a grande white chocolate mocha took almost 15 minutes to fulfill with only one other person inside the store and one drive through order during the time I was there. The attitude from staff was that customers were low priority. The store and bathrooms were very clean and nice soundtrack."
