"Went through the drive thru and all of our drinks were wrong and one was made barely warm. It’s become a consistent thing with this place. Baristas were friendly though."

"The employee at the drive-through yesterday was amazing!!! Best drive-through service. She kept the line flowing, and of course, the employees making the drinks really pushed to keep the line moving. Best attitude and service"

"I would like a venti Pike please. "Oh I'm sorry we're currently out of Pike I'm brewing it" Well looking behind her there is No coffee currently brewing... It's in the title...Starbucks COFFEE... Update 10/11/23 Yet again No Coffee at a coffee house. Then to complicate matters. I ordered mine via mobile. But yet people coming in ordering at the counter get theirs first...WTH"

"The service was fast, the staff was friendly and the drinks are delicious! I really like the layout of the place as well. We were greeted multiple times including by a manager or something working on her computer. It was nice to see she took that time to wish us a good day. Now it's rare for me to give 5 stars and now I'll tell you why I did.... they package their old grounds and set them out for people to take them for free to put in their garden. That is amazing! I have never seen a coffee shop do that and this is the first Starbucks I've seen do it. Bravo! Way to give to your community and support recycling! Very impressed!"

"First time at this location since it moved here from its previous location. The first thing that I noticed is how this store looks modernized like locations in New York and surrounding states. The staff are no longer friendly as they were at the previous location. There's quite a new faces as well. While it was easy in and easy out, the staff were very impersonal. I, like those in front of me, was not greeted by a simple "Good Morning. How are you today?" Really Starbucks?!?!?! Everyone working were quite robotic in their actions and no one saying anything to any customer nor themselves. The brunette young lady with the ponytail and eyeglasses appeared to be the shift. She spoke quite sternly to her partner, Richard, who's old enough to be her grandfather. Even if this wasn't the case, each and every person there should be respectful of each other and the customers. There's lots of seating and a long table with space for you to work or meet with others. This Starbucks has a new location and a new attitude--the new attitude could use some improvements. This isn't my go to Starbucks as I don't live or work on this side of town, but with a nearby meeting, I decided to give them a try today. Hopefully, management is reading this, so this will be addressed so that others can have a friendly, positive experience."
