"I had a bad experience trying to order food. I waited in the line for long time to order and lady behind the counter in the afternoon saw me but completely ignored me and asked a male white person behind me about the food. That person was nice enough to ask if I ordered already and I said no...she chose to skip me and ask him? Why? She did not even apologize for that as if it was done on purpose because possibly my ethnicity of south Asian. I just hope it wasn't because of my ethnicity and just a simple mistake. But, even if that was the case...she would have apologized...nope...she apologized to the person behind me and not to me? That says something."
"One employee named Hobel gives excellent customer service w/a pleasant attitude! I just got a turkey sandwich I generally try to eat healthy for the most part. I was shockingly surprised they carry fresh coffee and it taste very good not bitter and better then starbucks drip coffee!"
