"Drove 2 hours for a rim they assured me they had. When I got there it was a totally different rim than what was pictured. I didn’t even get a I’m sorry from anyone. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional."
"Bought a power steering pump, was told it would work but it didn't. That wasn't the problem since I could return it. The problem was I went to take it back. The older gentleman was on the phone with a customer when I went in after he got off the phone he then took two more calls after I had already been standing there. He then tried to help me but said he could not refund my money back on my card because there system does not allow it, I knew that was a lie because they have done it before just 3 weeks ago for another part I had brought that didn't work. So then he said he would write a check and I told him I would prefer cash if he couldn't do a refund on card. He then said well I don't even have cash to pay you back...and told me to wait for awhile because one of his employees was on lunch and he knew more about the situation. What a joke of a business. What business doesn't have cash for refund? The part was only $80??? Also I hate being lied too. If you for whatever reason have to bring whatever you bought back.... DONT GO HERE."
