"Very nice and helpful, however my husband was laid off and we had to let my computer go back, temporarily. We specifically told them we would be back to get it, more than once. They told me I didn't have to worry about taking my information off the computer if we were going to get it back. I spoke to a lady on the phone a few weeks after it was returned and again said we DEFINITELY want it back we're just waiting for my husbands second check when he went back to work. We had been paying on that computer for a year. 4 days before we were to go get it, they sold it, saying that hadn't heard from my husband. It was in my name and NO ONE called me to verify before they sold it. So now if we go to get another one we have to start payments from the beginning, so we lost that whole year of payments. I am very upset about this and I feel if they said we could get it back they should have held it or at the very least called me before they sold it. And telling them repeatedly that we were getting it back should have stopped them from selling it period."
"Had the chance of interacting with a certain Mr John Cregger. I have nothing but awesome words to say about him. I was on a trip with the family and needed some help with appliances for my aunt. John went above and beyond to give us the most epic experience. Would go again."
