"Honestly haven’t had a problem until recently. We’ve had a issue with getting a suit transferred to the bristol store from the Marion store. The ladies were nice until I called about the suit for the 5th time because we were promised that it would be there this time. They have since been very rude on the phone, hung up on me twice, I’ve asked for Laura (or whoever the GM is) and I’ve told that I should receive her call and I haven’t received anything. They are ignoring their customers and the customer service is horrible. I am usually the first to say “shop small” but avoid this store If you can. This has been going on for 6 weeks now if he bring promised his suit is coming and it’s not. Their excuse is that they are short staffed and I understand that. But this isn’t something new and I’ve been more than patient."
"Earnie was always happy to help , shopped their for years even rented tux s their for my boys years ago . The lady was rude yesterday , said there was no such thing as a classic fit shirt for a guy never heard of it ! Well Iv shopped for many years and I know jc penny’s and other big stores do have classic fit shirts in mens , made us feel stupid . May be last trip there"
"I love these guys! Right now they have a great sale happening on women's clothing. Not much of a selection but what there is to choose from, you cant find anywhere around. It's mostly all 50% off right now too."
