The job is about customers and the correct way to do your job when someone gives you their identification to make a purchase and you make a scene in front of other customers waiting and refuse to allow someone to make a purchase is unacceptable."

"I love this store! It's convenient to go to. However, I do not like the platinum blonde haired woman that's the manager here. She's rude to customers and if there's only one register open and a long line, she will wait until there's only two or three people left and then she'll come and open her register. A lot of the other employees here don't like her much either."
