"Absolutely the worst waffle house food and service ever. The server had to come back 3 times because she couldn't read her writing. Sent every part of our order back twice! The cook even quit after our order! The food was either undercooked, overcooked, or wrong. The table wasn't even clean when we sat down. Some of our food was never recieved. And after all of that, I was charged over $50!!"
"Incredibly awesome experience! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed by the entire staff! We sat in a booth next to the kitchen area, and every single employee who walked by us would talk with us! The food was cooked to perfection as ordered! A clean, fresh, and super friendly environment! I'm a career salesman, and I definitely appreciate over the top service! Thanks for restoring my faith in AMAZING SERVICE!!!"

"I was told by my brother that the food was good. I had never been to the waffle house ever until yesterday. The food was indeed very good, the atmosphere was fantastic, smooth and relaxing, and the service was extraordinary. I had the grilled chicken, waffles, and hashbrown. Toast and jelly, and a sweet ice tea. Good job! Keep up the good work!!!"
"Had to make a trip up to Pittsburgh the other week and stopped off in Bristol, TN for the night and since it was late we decided on the Waffle House for dinner. Always good food and great coffee at the Waffle House. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly."
