"Good place if you call ahead it will be waiting. Good staff and courtesy."
"Use to be good and fast. Now you call your order in 30 minutes before pick up and wait in the parking lot 30 more minutes because it's not done. It's been like that every time. Management has went down hill. This was at the Harlan Ky Little Caesars."
"Service is good but they do lose their good people from time to time and mistakes start happening. Food is also good. It's not a dine in place so you can't really say much about the atmosphere. The drive through situation could be better but not much can be done about it."
"I really enjoyed this Little Caesars when they have good workers. But when you are placed on hold for 5 to 10 minutes at a time different days of the week at different times it becomes ridiculous. It would be a solid investment if Little Caesars would check in on their employees and their status from time to time. Maybe their service would improve."
"10-2019.I called ahead and ordered an Italian Cheese Bread with cheesy jalapeno dip. 10 minutes later I went inside and picked it up. The employee said it's just coming out of the oven. Also, a clean store. Excellent employees. UPDATE 9-2022 ordered thin crust ham light sauce with crazy bread. Paid @ drive thru window. Still tasty pizza & bread. Friendly service. Thanks again!"
