"This is the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at in all my travels. We always stop in when we are in Tennessee. The foods always delicious and fresh. The dining room is neat and clean. I won't even eat at my local Kentucky restaurants, and yet we stop in every time we camp to eat at this location. I'd drive an hour and a half any time to eat at your McDonald's over mine anytime if I'm craving great fries and burgers. Thanks for always being above and beyond."

"Hit the drive thru. The food was great. They under filled my Coca-Cola. I used the mcchickens and some Frank's hot sauce and made some amazing Buffalo chicken sandwiches. Yum!"

"Duffield McDonalds service with a smile, fast, hot, and food is not sloppy. Burgers are well presented. Atmosphere is always clean. Best McDonald's I have ever been to all across the country from. Maryland to California."

"This has been a long time build up, because I tried to be understanding of f the fact that people are human and make mistakes. But every time I come through their is either something missing, or something that I have to correct when I receive my food. Even more recently the passed two times I have came through during breakfast I’ll order a large black iced coffee. Knowing that this morning when I went I was sure to enunciate clearly so I could be heard correctly and get to the window and they hand me a hot black coffee. I don’t understand the disconnect. I understand that job can be fast paced at times and communication can get crossed but it was 6:30 A.M and I was the ONLY car in the drive-thru. Then when I try to eat my biscuits and gravy I ordered I noticed that I wasn’t even provided with a fork to eat it. Also I have began to notice how bad it stinks through the window recently. It literally smells life fresh much every time I’m at the 2nd window."

"I went through the drive thru. Fast friendly service. I ordered a large sweet Tea, Quarter Pounder add tomato and lettuce, small fry, and an apple pie. All my food was fresh and tasty. All around a good fast food experience. Update ate inside. 05-2022. a clean restaurant. Food good. Will return."
