"Horrible service. Tried to charge us for the wrong meal and then didn’t know how to fix it. Said “pull to next window”. The guy there said sup and nothing else. Great customer service! And then they still tried to charge us for the wrong order. Then we got down the road and half the order is wrong. Total lack of care by the guys at both windows. This place continues to fall apart every time we go there. What a joke. 11/23/23 around 4:35pm. Well, today I made an order and they only gave me half of my order. No fries! Thanks guys! "The food is always so bad. The burgers are hockey pucks and not hot. Seems like they have been sitting there for a while. I once drove up to pay to find the girl at the window literally sleeping… I knocked on the window but she didn’t wake up. Took about 8 mins for a coworker to come check why I wasn’t pulling up to the second window. They woke her up and took my payment. We drive passed this one to the McDonald’s by food lion. Their food is always fresh and delicious and I love their staff. That manager is doing something right over there"

"Ordered at the kiosk, took #11, was told to have a seat and someone would bring us our food. A while later and nothing, not busy in the store so I went up to the counter and there was a bag sitting there. I waved down one of the three or so kids hooting and hollering behind the counter and asked them if the bag was mine, guess what, it was. No idea how long it was there, no one brought it to me, not even a loud "order 11 is ready" - nothing. What's the point of taking a number if you aren't going to use them. On top of that the cheeseburger was a hockey puck."
