"The grave site of Patrick Henry's sister, brother-in-law, mother, and probably a son named edward. A very special place."
"Nasty, Nasty Pool During the summer Winton had a port a potty at the club house for use. Which meant you had to leave and use a golf cart if you needed to relieve yourself. I saw kids peeing and pooping in the pool. Yes, I took pictures but thought just cancel my membership. We did and the General Manager accepted it. Now 5 months later they are trying to charge me again. So, you will see pictures soon..be careful..it's a nasty place"
"This is an enjoyable course. They have gotten a bit pricey. The fairways are being grown out, which is understandable during heat and dryness but they are high. The greens are great, there is a driving range, most of the holes are fair and open, some tee boxes are uneven and sparse in grass, the sand traps are not playable they are fairly sad."
"Greens are great, layout is a little blah, fairways are in rough shape, rough extremely long difficult to find a ball, tee boxes, cart paths and bunkers in horrible shape. Rate of $60 I find to be steep for course conditions."
"Stayed here for the Air Bnb, but had an amazing time staying on the property. Absolutely beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere!"
