All the Rage Roanoke

"My daughters had a wonderful experience here last year, and were very excited to return this year in the hopes that they would find their perfect dresses. This was not the case. We entered the store and registered for a place in line around 11:17. We were informed there would be around a 30-35 minute wait. That was expected, as the store was packed with people. My girls were approached by consultants and taken to rooms around 5-10 minutes apart. The selection of dress sizes wasn’t very good. They were able to find dresses they liked but most were either far too small or far too large. My youngest daughter found three (they were allowed four at a time, but she couldn’t find four that she liked) and the consultant took them to her room. After she tried those on and she either didn’t like them or they didn’t fit correctly, her consultant told her to go pick some more. After selecting more dresses, she returned to find that her fitting room had been given to another girl. I was going between both of my daughter’s fitting rooms trying to check on each to see how things were going. The consultant apologized and made the other girl get dressed and get out of the room so we could continue. A few minutes later I went to my oldest daughter’s room to check on her and she told me a consultant had thrown her curtain open to put someone in her room without checking because she thought it was empty. My daughter had been standing there in her leggings and bra getting ready to put another dress on, but only minutes before had been topless, as she had been told if she found a dress she really liked to try it on without her bra to see how it would fit if she wasn’t planning on wearing a bra with the dress. There were multiple families lined up watching girls try on dresses, so I’m not sure how many people witnessed this, and at one point a customer even had her boyfriend back in the fitting room area. This was hands down the most disorganized dress shopping experience we’ve had anywhere."

They'll pick out more dresses for you based on your style and hype you up when you try them on. Sarah was especially amazing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for formal dresses!!"
