"I love torrid but the Lynchburg grand opening was bull. All workers had a attitude issue and no one had a clue on what was going on. Also 1st 50 people in line got gift cards they didn't handle it fair at. I got there at 6am was 1st in line for 4 hrs. All I got was a 10.00 gift card while people at end of line got 100.00 even their husband or kids got cards."

"This is my favorite plus-size brand. They have trendy styles made to flatter every body type. No more looking like granny! I normally shop online, but I was trying to get a swimsuit for a cruise and needed to try some on. I did find one that fit well and actually looks good. I am 55 and plus sized, so that is quite an accomplishment. The store was clean but much smaller than I imagined, but the young lady working that day was very helpful."
"Gear store, great product. They are constantly closed, even during business hours. I'm upset that I have gone out there three times to get my merchandise that I ordered online and had sent to the store. Now during the pandemic I went out to that store at least three times with no problem, this is ridiculous."
