"Internationally known chef Ted Pofelt, and veteran restaurateur Crenshaw Reed are co-owners and a power team. Brood has an amazing space (The former Blue Apron!), and very well-trained staff. The potato soup was yummy and super fresh. The braised beef short ribs were beyond amazing. My wife ordered the lobster pasta, and I snuck four bites — subtle flavors and well-executed. Generous portions. Adult beverages range in price from $3 for an American beer to $54 for their best red wine. Caesar salads were delicious and showed the difference between what a chef creates vs. what a chain serves. No day old romaine and "goopy" Sam's Club dressing at Brood. Many GF options. A perfect place to go on a date or a couple's fun night. High in quality and experience and in the moderate price range, which is a winning combo."

"Brood is simply the best! From service to drinks to food to atmosphere, you can’t go wrong. With an exquisite menu, you are able to try something that’s comforting or new to you. We went for opening night and will DEFINITELY be back many times while in town. This is a great place for date night or a parents night out! I suggest the short ribs, chicken schnitzel! Most things on the menu are GF, which opens the menu to so many more people."
