Blossman Gas

"Moved into a house that already had a current tank on the property. They mailed me, told me if we didn’t pay $375 to keep it they’re taking it. I told them to pick it up. Took 2 months to get it. They show up unannounced. Just start taking it off my property without knocking on the door. Guy was just smoking a cigarette the whole time talking to my wife. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me since you work with propane, which is pretty flammable last time I checked the periodic table. Would never sign up with after that experience. Just my 2 cents since that’s free for you."

"Horrible experience, never do business with blossman. STOLE! Yes STOLE my propane and said that I have to be a current "customer" to receive a refund."

"I want to thank Blossom for ensuring our propane tank stays at full capacity especially during snow storms as this last storm knocked our power out for three days and the propane powers our house generator plus fireplaces. Also, my husband uses a medical device that requires electricity and our generator powered it! "I gave Blossman one star because there is no zero stars. Early Aug 2021 I contacted Blossman about replacing my old propane log set. Lukas came out measured and we discussed the type burner/remote/logs that I wanted. He did mention that I might try to purchase my 500 gal tank from (another propane provider) and then Blossman would buy it from me. That was NEVER a pre-requisite (in writing or by voice) for Blossman to do my gas log set. Lukas and I spend several emails and I finally decided on the exact set that I wanted, let Lukas know, and he emailed to me a Blossman formatted contract with details and broken down costs. I signed the contract, and let Lukas that I was mailing a signed contract to Blossman in Gordonsville and he thanked me. I tried over several weeks to purchase my 500 gal tank from supplier X and after hours on the phone I gave up. I let Lukas know that my attempt to purchase my tank was unsuccessful and no one from Blossman ever told me that my signed contract was invalid because I was not a Blossman Propane customer!! AND no where on the Blossman formatted Contract does it even mention having to be a Blossman Propane customer. Well---in the end---I have wasted 6 weeks and countless hours---with nothing to show--except a "bad taste" in my soul for Blossman . DV Riser Lake Anna, VA"

"We called, they came! We had a power outage after an ice/snow storm. We lost power late afternoon and our whole house generator came on. After several hours, we checked our gas supply and saw it was low. We had no idea when the power would be restored, and we weren’t scheduled for a refill for six more weeks. Since we still didn’t have power, late that evening we emailed a request for a refill. Power was restored early afternoon the next day and voila! Guess who showed up? Our heroes in the Blossman truck. They came, they filled, they went on to the next fortunate customer. Now, no worries if we lose power and we can run our gas fireplace and know we won’t run out of gas for the rest of winter. Now, how’s that for customer service! Thanks Blossman Gas."
