"I cannot say enough good things about this Jersey Mike’s. They went above and beyond for me! We had a huge order for like 60 subs for our election party Tuesday night and the order somehow got accidentally called into the Woodstock store not the Harrisonburg one like we thought. I was in a huge time crunch and did not have the time it would take to run another 40 minutes to get there. We got everything squared away with Woodstock and they said if Harrisonburg could make the order we were fine to just get it there. I hated to even ask but we were in a desperate situation and the guys there immediately were like don’t worry we got it. Being they are not affiliated with the Woodstock store their price was a bit higher and they even got that down as closely to the quote we were given. In an hour I was out the door with our order and they were slammed busy. The one guy even carried it out to my car. I hate I was so frazzled that I forgot to even ask their names bc they certainly deserve a personal “Thank you” on this review. Both guys were so kind and helpful. I truly appreciated it so much! I will certainly go back for subs and any catering needs and will certainly highly recommend them!!! Also just to add they were the best subs we’ve ever had!!! You cannot go wrong with this location of Jersey Mike’s!!!"
"What a pleasant experience I had at this JM, It’s one of the cleanest fast food establishment I’ve been too. The staff was friendly the food was good and they were constantly cleaning the prep area and the tables. Not to add that the bathrooms were super clean. Keep up the work guys."
"Our subs were fresh and tasted great! For less than $20, JM's is a great option especially for taking sandwiches on local hikes. Very friendly staff too! Update 07/02/22: We continue to have great experiences with this Jersey Mike’s! Great staff and great subs!"
