"Delivery was under 30 minutes, the driver brought it straight to our hotel room, no issues, and was still hot. Only complaints: light sauce requested, and it was definitely not light sauce. Paid for extra cheese, definitely not extra cheese. The white sauce was also very gritty."
"I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Pizza Hut. The wait time for my order was unbelievably long. It felt like I was waiting for a lifetime just to get a pizza. I understand that good things take time, but this was excessive. It's disappointing when you're hungry and excited for a meal, only to be met with such a lengthy delay. I hope they can improve their efficiency in the future. To make matters worse, after waiting for what felt like an eternity, I eventually gave up and left without my order or a refund. It's disheartening when you reach a point where you just lose hope in the entire dining experience. Pizza Hut seriously needs to address their time management and customer service issues."
"Very nice Pizza Hut with very delicious pizza and a very nice waiter. Only problem the front door was locked and we almost left. Their delivery driver saw us at the door and told us to go in the side door. Weird the front door was locked."
