"I purchased a refrigerator at a big box store for Thanksgiving. Upon delivery the item was damaged and could not be replaced until after the holiday. Received full refund of damaged item. Went to Lotts Appliances in Stuarts Draft, VA and they were able to provide and deliver a new refrigerator a day or two before Thanksgiving. I recently made a second large purchase with Lotts Appliances. Hailey and Jennifer were a delight to work with and priced matched the big box stores prices. They also made sure that I was provided with the rebate information. Wonderful to work with. I’ll shop at Lotts Appliances first over any big box store!!!"
"I was in need of a washer and after much research, I decided on a speed queen. They are one of few that has them in this area. I tried reaching out to other places but got no response. I decided to visit Lotts. From the minute I walked in they were so friendly and helpful. Showed me other options to consider as well. No pressure in buying. Went home, did more research and decided, still on the speed queen. Went back again and still very helpful and nice. Shared with me about a rebate and helped with that. These folks are great. I highly recommend them and will be back when I need something else. It’s also nice to support local vs big box stores."

"I am absolutely blown away!!! I have literally never encountered customer service like this. We have a rental in Wintergreen and the refrigerator died on the first night of our guests stay. I was frantic trying to figure out what to do as we are almost 4 hours away. I called a bunch of people trying to find a solution and nobody could help until I called Lott's. Not only were they able to deliver it the very same day, but in order to squeeze us into the schedule and make it work out for our guests one of the owners accompanied the delivery person to the house to act as a helper to make sure that they could complete the delivery. They have my business forever."
