"Food is great! Had fried shrimp and they were jumbo size. Service is not so good. I ordered a beer when first sat down. 10 min later, I had to ask where it was. Upon ordering food, I asked for the crab soup to come out before my meal. My meal came and no soup. I asked for her to take it off the bill. Sad because my wife was waiting to taste it and possibly order one herself. I didn't ask for another beer, because I didn't want to wait again for something not to show up. They could have made more money, but slow service ruined it. Got our bill and 13 minutes later, no one came back, so we got up and went to the bar to pay. The food is good, if you're OK with bad service."

"The restaurant is built into an old train station, so it offers a fun vibe and an absolutely gorgeous bar. The food was really good! Burger was flavorful and cooked well and the fries were perfectly crispy and battered on the outside with a soft fluffy interior. The peanut butter pie was INCREDIBLE -- rich and balanced, with a legendary cookie crust."

"Loved this place. Stopped in for lunch and so glad we did. Great location and food and staff was great. We even had dessert because it sounded too good to past up. The bar is beautiful and has its own history."

"Stopped by around five pm on a Sunday night. Tried to order the prime rib but waitress said they were all out. She said they would also soon be out of baked potatoes but she thought everything else was available on the menu. My husband ordered the french dip with fries and I ordered the marinated steak with baked potato. He said his sandwich was very good and the fries were crispy. My marinated steak was good, but the baked potato was very old and cold. It should not have been served. The waitress was very pleasant and professional and the restaurant itself is gorgeous, very clean, and a great atmosphere."

"This is such a cute spot to go with a group of friends or they have a fantastically beautiful bar to sit at if you go alone. The service is very prompt and professional. While many other restaurants have suffered post covid, this place is thriving and seems to be amply staffed. Everything is clean. Has been open since 1990 and is a well managed operation. Prices are fair despite costs going up everywhere these days. We went for Sunday brunch and our bill was $62 for 3 people (we got non-alcoholic beverages). The food was good, was obviously of good quality. Amazing crispy french fries. Great flavors. My negative comments would be that the crispy potatoes that were the sides for the brunch items were way over seasoned, so salty they were not really edible but I'm betting that was an accidental heavy handed dose and not how they are usually prepared. And the poppyseed salad I got, while delicious, was light on greens for $14. Chicken and waffles, brunch burger and grilled chicken on salad were all very yummy. Short story: we will definitely go back"
