"I had a good lunch at Chick-fil-A in Waynesboro. I ordered through the app and picked up my food in the drive-thru lane. It was fast and convenient. "I always knew fast food could be hit or miss, and hitting a fast food spot in the evening increases the odds in the houses' favor. However, Chick-fil-A has always been an island of consistency amidst the rest of the offerings. So imagine my disappointment when I received what looked like a stepped on over-fried catfish filet from a guy in a van, masquerading as my spicy chicken sandwich. To say my faith in Chick-fil-A has been shattered is an understatement. Truett himself is rolling in his grave at the sight of my attached pictures. Shame. Shame on the Waynesboro VA Chick-fil-A."
"You will always get good food, and clean eating space, and courteous service at Chick-fil-A. It's still fast food fare, so your options might be a bit on the greasy or sugary side, but I still prefer it over other places."

"As always I love chick-fil-a the food is always delicious and despite the issue the service was outstanding, only thing I was not happy with ( that has resulted in a 1 star) was having your workers out in 37 ° weather when they could have used the speakers boxes. Despite the cold weather and the poor young girl shivering she was still very pleasant, polite, and helpful. My son use to work here and I am so thankful he doesn't anymore!"
