"I decided I wasn't going to get McAlister's from this location anymore because the last time I went and had the actual worst chicken club of my life, but I really wanted it so I tried again today. Worst decision ever. I ordered the smoky pepper jack turkey and it's supposed to have honey mustard on it, I added extra honey mustard and they literally didn't even put it on there. They didn't give me the pickle that I specifically added to my order online and for a side I ordered the CHICKEN tortilla soup and it literally has no chicken in it. I never write reviews, but I feel like it's a rip off and the employees here obviously don't care at all about customer satisfaction or the fact that I'm ordering the food this way because that's what I freaking want. Thanks, for literally ruining my day over a sandwich and soup."
