"Last night I placed an order online and the money came out of my card. So 20 minutes later I have my daughter go and get my order and they were getting ready to close. Didn't give me my food and wouldn't give my daughter a refund because she didn't have my card. What kind of business does that."

"Order not correct, I got the same sub my son did and I paid for extra toppings. I paid 4.29 for a half cup of cheese sauce and a few noodles. I placed the order online at 5:43 for a pick up time of 6:05 and by 6:36 my food was just finishing up, not to mention I had to ask for the Mac n cheese cups because the order they put of for me to pick up wasn’t correct. I don’t know what the issue was bad I got bad quality food for 43$. Lets just say dinner was not what we weee expecting it to be. Then I tried calling guest services and after being on hold for 15 minutes they disconnected me. If I could give 0 stars I would."
