"I ordered online at 10:14am. I got to the restaurant at 11am. The food was NOT ready until 11:43. That's PAST RIDICULOUS! That meal could've been cooked & sent out multiple times in that amount of time. Then to make it worse, some of the pancakes were burned. I asked for crispy hash browns & these were barely even cooked only some of the edges were crispy. Most of the hashbrowns didn't even stick together. I don't write many reviews at all so if I complain it was BAD."
"Service was on the slow side of things. Food was excellent as expected. The omelette with "unlimited pancakes" was really kind of a gimmick as our server never asked for another round, which was disappointing. Not a terriblly busy location as it was a pain to find after seeing it from the road. All in all our visit was an hour, so not fast but not super slow either."
"I LOVE myself a nice fluffy stack of hotcakes, so stopping by for ihops unlimited pancakes with any omelette is my favorite deal of theirs. The food and coffee were good, but I couldn't figure out if my utensils were dirty or rusty. Either way, I could have done without it. The service was fine. Kinda darkish for a breakfast place!"
"i don't usually leave reviews, but this definitely a very negative experience at an ihop. server was ok, not very attentive. appetizer came out at the same time as the meal and chicken strips were very raw (pictured) also we used plastic silverware being that one of the people with me had a dirty fork rolled."
